The fruits and vegetables we use in our HealthFood Rx formulations have been processed with very low level infra-red drying techniques that are stepped down lower and lower as the moisture content drops. This unique process ensures that the berry nutrient/antioxidant profile is not damaged and is almost identical to the raw unprocessed fruits and vegetables.
Furthermore, because we are able to dehydrate the berries far beyond standard forms of drying, HealthFood Rx fruits and vegetables contain far more antioxidant compounds per gram than the standard forms of drying. Additionally, due to the low moisture content of our fruits and vegetables, we do not require carrier substances to ensure stability. This means you get more from HealthFood Rx fruits and vegetables than you do from the others.
